I stuck to eating the appetizers and glad I did. My friend ordered the ribeye steak for $21 and was disappointing. It looked like a steak you'd get at a cheap roadside diner. My appetizer was good but the chimchurri was very runny. Some of the drinks are expensive but the beer is reasonably priced.

I just had dinner at Restaurant 415 (AGAIN) and it was perfect (AGAIN). The food, staff, ambiance and location of this place is awesome. The 415 was full at 6pm on Friday, but it felt intimate and fun. The staff is excellent...suggesting great drinks and menu items. In the past, I always ordered the same thing: the roasted beet salad... More

This place is perfect for gluten free, vegetarian, health options. Great setting, care free, perfect. Can't wait to sit on the patio this summer! In the top 3 of restaurants in the Fort Collins area.

I had the gimme ribeye steak sandwich with soup. Absolutely wonderful, the bread the meat and the roasted peppers a new favorite. My friend did the Blt you could taste the maple syrup oh if they only did a half a sandwich each I would be in food contentment.

What a nice change of pace - a delicious, yet affordable place with some healthier options. A trendy place with good food. You can't go wrong with the soup and sandwich for lunch. If you're looking for another tasty morsel - try the Irish Creme cupcake. Warning - it has filling, so enjoy it over a plate or you might... More

This "new American" restaurant is described by the Denver Post as a "homey hipster spot," a description with which I agree. It's trendy yet places emphasis on comfort cuisine. The food is typically organic, locally sourced, and affordable simultaneously, a neat hat trick to be applauded loudly. GO for chicken and waffles, creative pizzas, a full bar and delicious cupcakes... More

This is the first time eating here. We were taken to our table by a very unfriendly greeter. However, after that, everything improved. There were many others dining in the restaurant, so thought the food must be good. My husband had "When Pigs Fly" and I had "The Gimmie Sandwich". His chicken was spicy and the 1/2 serving of waffles... More

Great food for a great price. All the food was organic and the portions were huge. Most everything is gluten free because all food is made from scratch. As a visiting college mom I took 5 hungry boys out for a very tasty dinner....... we all walked away stuffed and I wasn't broke from the experience!

The third time we were back, we got there right at 5 PM and people were already lined up. By the time we left, the place was packed and there was a wait list. The restaurant doesn't take reservations so be prepared. We obviously love this place, a cut above most Fort Collins casual restaurants. Our friends again had the... More

The inside atmosphere was great and our server was very knowledgable and friendly. The food left some to be desired for me, but one of my companions loved his meal of tilapia, Brussel sprouts and soft polenta. He ordered the crispy polenta as well, and that was very good, but extremely spicy. My husband and I ordered the chicken and... More
