Still looking for the all american great steak, having tried at Breck and Dillon, we ended up, pasing this saloon like looking restaurant that belongs to the Frisco brewery, we found out later. They have a nice quite authentical Saloon and a "dining room". I was opting for the first since it had a real old saloon bar, looking great,... More

You must visit the bar its amazing backing mirror - and good bar food. The restaurant is cosy, maybe a little cramped, but the food quality is excellent Nd the service friendly and efficient. Blue Spruce is not cheap but is reasonable value.

We had a good dining experience here but the prices that were listed on their website menu were not accurate by $5-10 which was disappointing. I had a mountain trout with a butter sauce and blue cheese (yummy) and the loaded potatoes are truly decadent. We went early and the restaurant wasn't full so the sound-level wasn't an issue. This... You need to be in the mood to go here. The food is good but the atmosphere is very loud so don't expect a romantic evening. Service was good, a little spendy.

I have had some wonderful happy hours and dinners at this place over the years as I warmed up by the nice chairs and fireplace. This time it was just so so at happy hour and it seemed something had changed in the food. Seemed more pre-prepared versus fresh and hard chairs after a long day on the slopes. I... More

Hot fresh bread was delicious, as were the mussels, but chicken tasted a bit burnt. We sat by the window to watch the snow fall as a frigid breeze seeped in around the frame. A sickly plant overspilled its water-stained-towel-wrapped barrel in the corner. Wallpaper, flooring, dark panelling, & decor from the early '80's I think, or possibly whenever the... More

We came to this place over presidents day weekend, it was a Sunday and we were seated upstairs immediately. We looked at the menu online a few hours before coming and the prices online were extremely reasonable, when we sat down and given the menu the pricers were SUBSTANTIALLY higher by at least 30%. We orderd 2 steaks and 2... More

We knew we picked a good place since the parking lot was packed. We made reservations since it was Valentine's Day. Service was great and so was the food!

We were seated immediately in the dining room upon our arrival for our 6pm Friday night reservation. We had the BEST table in the house.....in the corner, right by the fireplace! It was so very cozy and warm. Our waiter was very competent and knowledgeable of the menu and made some recommendations. I ordered the Salmon Oscar which was delicious,... More
