Curried lamb shoulder, hanger steak, ham and gruyere (sp?) fritters, and kale salad were the highlights of our meal. Very lively and hip atmosphere. If you are looking for a quiet dinner, this is probably not your best bet. We were there on a Saturday night and it was quite the happening place. A big city restaurant in a small... More

David has a grin that stays on his face the entire time we are there. John sits down next to you to visit about what else you may require. The service is excellent, the menu of primarily local foods are all done well with nice presentation. While carnivores will revel in the steak salad, lamb, rabbit or trout (actually more... More

What a treat to eat here! Interesting, fresh food options! Love that many items can be ordered in a 1/2 portion - great way to try more items! The gnocchi salad with asparagus and mushrooms is so delicious! Be sure to save room for dessert- chai bread pudding - yummy! Same company or person owns Town in Carbondale - also... More

Nice place with simple decor and a menu that is not a normal cookie cutter but my wife's lamb was too fatty as was the duck meatloaf that I had. Tasted good but I had bowel distress that night.

Coloradoaztec, I am sorry you didn't enjoy your visit. We would have loved to swapped out the lamb shoulder had we known. The duck meatloaf with creamed spinach is a rich dish and not for everyone. Let us know next time you are in and we can steer you in a lighter direction. till then, the pullman More

The food is cutting edge, locally sourced, and seasonal. The service is fantastic. If you are in the area, anywhere close, you need to check this place out!

I have eaten at this restaurant a dozen times in the last eight months and it has been consistently good. However the last two times I have been very disappointed! The burger was boring, lacked seasoning and the English muffin bun was too much bread. My friend ordered the pulled pork sandwich and found it to be dry and unappetizing.... More

I've dined at the Pullman about 5 times. Each time has been so enjoyable and scrumptious! Service, freshness of entrees, presentation and location, are just fabulous. We're chefs and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The bread alone, is to die for. This last time, they served an appetizer of roasted pork belly with a brussel sprout salad, with apple butter and... We stopped in to the Pullman for drinks before finding a dinner spot. I would have just preferred to eat there as well, but traveling with my husband and daughter who are quite picky resulted in us going somewhere with a less diverse menu. Our bartender was very friendly, and we were surrounded by locals who gave us the low... More

'The Pullman' offers a modern European style cuisine with fresh local products well put together and presented to the guests. I can only highly recommend a visit during your stay in Glenwood Springs, when you want to experience innovative menues and a modern restaurant environment. All dishes are reasonably priced for the quality you will get. The strawberry/rhubarb ravioli are... More

i used to live in glenwood springs 30 years ago. a restaurant like this would not have survived then because the food is too good and too imaginative. the service was top-notch, the plates we ordered were delicious, unusual and well prepared. if i could change one thing it would be to take the televisions out of the place. why...
