The fritz was a nice experience. Our bartender/waiter was fun. I was a little disappointed in the chicken and Brie sandwich (my wife liked it) and i would probably order what she had: the burger of the day when we go back next time in Salida

Just ok. Small bar menu. Couldn't find anything "normal" to eat. Dead atmosphere for a Friday evening.

You never know what they'll be offering at The Fritz. Fabulous specials and a constantly changing menu keep it from getting stale. At least the special burger will always be worth consideration. Inside is warm and retro, and if it's warm the patio is cool.

Delicious, amazing, to die for! What more can I say? I still can't believe this fabulous, hip restaurant! We loved the small-plates on the dinner menu. Disappointing is the most straight forward way to describe our lunch experience. The reduced lunch menu didn't have any of the items we had heard about. The pork sandwich was really boring - just meat, pickles and yellow mustard. And for three adults and two kids to spend almost$100 for lunch (included a cocktail each) was not budget friendly.

Fine cuisine with chill "bar and grill" atmosphere. Veggie burger and Brussels sprouts appetizer were great. Good local beer, too :)

Fun place with amazing food... Owner was our waiter and totally made the experience. Don't be afraid to try anything they are serving!! Highly recommended!!

Went here with some friends during a winter vacation. We ordered a bunch of small plates and they were all amazing. Plenty of vegetarian and decidedly non-vegetarian options. Came back later in the week for some of the amazing cocktails and beer selection. Definitely check this place out.
