Whenever I head up 285, you can usually count on my car detouring to Amica's. The wood fired pizza and the microbrew beers are delicious. A perfect late lunch for me and my guy to share before heading to the hot springs. Make sure you try a splash of the spicy pepper oil on your plate to dip your crust... More

Had a piece of pizza here and also a panini. Both were very good, as well as the peanut butter mousse we had afterward. Service was attentive. We liked the atmosphere. I wouldn't say this is my favorite place to eat in Salida as it is basically just casual Italian food, but probably worthwhile to come by for lunch, because... More

If you want an organic salad and yummy homemade creative pizza this is the place, but don't be in a hurry--they are SLOW. We always have to wait forever for a table even when there are empty tables around the place. If you arrive after 6 or 7 plan to wait at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for a... More

This place was packed but so worth the wait! The beer was good, pizza was a amazing, and the dessert was the icing on the cake (haha). There were so many varities of pizza that it was hard to pick just one.

3 of us had 2 10 inch pizzas. Very good with a little too crispy of crust. The staff is dedicated and appreciates tourists like us For a small town pizza joint this is great. Huge salads and good local brewed beers.

Loved the gourmet pizzas and the selection was stellar, something for everyone. They also make a tasty green chili beer :)

We travel to Salida at least once a year and Amicas has become our favorite stop. The beer is excellent and so is the rootbeer. The pizza is gourmet, similar to Il Vicino and the salads are amazing. So, here's the surprise we found: as we were leaving Salida at about 9pm for a 2 hour drive, we stopped at... More
