My husband is a beer affectionado and choose this place because of their craft beers. The food was good (nothing over the top) and the beers were even better. The staff were super friendly, spending time with our table. Glad we stopped in.

We found the Brew Pub to be very nice. The food was very nicely prepared; the service was prompt and friendly. They have an extensive selection of beers with many of them brewed right at the pub.

We enjoyed the brewpub several times during our stay. Great beers -- the Wheat was my favorite -- and food! Perfect for apres. The staff was super nice as well, and willing to share tip on where to ski.

We stumbled upon this awesome place by mistake- we did not know where downtown was right off the gondola (as this was our first time ever to Telluride). We walk in and were promptly seated and greeted with water. We order some beers, which were great. The server was very knowledgable about their beer and food. We ordered their garlic... More

Smuglers has some great burguers, some other dishes. You wil never leave hungry and the price is very reasonable. Of course dont think this is the place for a date or a special dinner.

Lots of beers, good family restaurant. One of the most reasonably priced in Telluride. Wait staff was excellent and very friendly. The food was quite good. I had the warm spinach salad (over dressed--ask for light dressing). Others had the chili, ribs, gyro, and nachos. All were just fine. It's pub food. You can get beer flights, although that's not... Try the double fried Epic chicken wings and micro brewed beers. Hands down the best chicken wings we have ever had. A $4 pint at happy hour is tough to beat. Thanks to Larry for the great hospitality. Servers are excellent.

Bar was just what we were looking for in first night in town. Beer was cold and atmosphere was fun and bar was full of TV's so we could watch any game we wanted. Food was average. Unimpresive presentation served on plastic plate.

Joe, I appreciate your review and thank you for taking the time to tell us we let you down. I'm glad you had a fun night, but sorry that the food was mediocre. We can't improve unless we hear from our customers - I will pass along your review to our kitchen. If you are still in Telluride, please stop... More

The new smugglers is terrible. It used to be one of the best value places in the town. Now it's just another overpriced establishment in Telluride. They've gotten rid of a lot of the local favorites. In fact they've taken about %50 of the menu away. They're used to be endless choices and now it's pretty much just burgers and... More

Mark, I'm sorry your experience wasn't to your liking. As I've said to previous reviewers, we sure do wish you'd have told us your meal was unsatisfactory when you were here. I must say that I love smugglers. Yes, its just smugglers now and not smuggler joes. No, you aren't going to get an elk steak dinner here, so don't try and pretend that you deserve that level of service when you come here. What you will get is a new pared down menu that lets them focus on cooking the... More

Kelly, Thank you for the positive review. The changes we've made are exactly the locals have asked for. With a smaller (but by no means small) menu, we hope to provide all guests with something that appeals to them. We offer fresh soups and salads along with stand-by favorites such as wings, ribs and burgers. Most evenings you will find... More
