This was our second time eating at the Tuscany Grill. Last time it was just my wife and I. This time meeting friends. We has met, Lynn, one of the owners last time, and once again, she was out front and continues to be an engaging leader. The menu is very balance between Italian and American entrees. All four of... The happy hour is very good for the prices and the appetizer selection. The bar area is nice until 5:30 when it gets busy and crowded. But you can find room for your friend or small group.

Sometimes I forget to go off the Main St. when I go out- No more. Met friends at Tuscany this week and thought it was perfect. Drink menu is amazing and if you can't find a dish on their menu that sounds good you just aren't hungry. Tuscany's has something for eveybody.

Met a few girlfriends here for a girls night out. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. She walked us through the drink menu which has some very interesting martinis. I ended up with a fig martini which was amazing, and one of my friends tried a martini with gingersnap cookie crumbs on the rim. She liked it so much,... More

I have never really understood the popularity of this place. The architecture is odd and interesting but the food is generally just mediocre or perhaps very occasionally just a notch above average. Over the years the staff has wavered between utterly pretentious and mostly indifferent, with a few nice exceptions thrown into the mix. There is just nothing here to... More

Their menu is is outdated and poor executed. The staff was young and unprofessional, no management presence, and the place is just run down. Had to send back my pasta twice for it to be cook properly and hot. No one came by to apologize. The place needs a lot of help if it going to stay in business.

I've been to Tuscany Grill in Middletown many times and each item that I ordered was always very good and the price is fair. I especially enjoy their calmary appetiser to share with a friend

A bit off the beaten path in Middletown, therefore more convenient parking than most in town. Consistently good Italian food with a bit of a creative twist.

The 2 blonde bartenders were clearly more into themselves and whatever they were on then the guests. Dirty, the bar smells rotten and looks it too. The food was just terrible, we use to love this place but man has it gone down hill!

Came here during parent weekend. The sever was friendly and the service was adequate. The food was average. The kitchen exhaust system must not have been working since our clothes smell like food when we left.
