Every year we wait for Sea Swirl to open- then we know spring is really here. My husband loves the fried clams- I often enjoy their foot long hot dog- grilled and nestled in a tasty buttered grilled roll. The ice cream is too addictive for me, but there are always lines of people waiting to get some. to bypass... More

I keep, looking for the best fried clams and ice cream. This might be it. The menu posted competes with too many ice cream goodies. And honestly, a really good power washing of the waiting areas and walkway are needed he to freshen p the curb appeal. But.. That all said. Try the fried clams.

nice cheap ice cream. Long lines in the summer attest to this little eatery's popularity. Clams with the bellies are the house speciality and are sometimes hard to find. They are a delicacy and cooked very well. Menu includes what you would expect to find at a roadside stand, such as hamburgers, hotdogs, fries etc.

It's not fast food but its not gourmet. If your looking for a burger I would go here before any chain. I stop here from time to time to get ice cream cones with my kids but be careful of traffic as it is on a main road.

This is a shack on the side of the road, it was right near our B&B (The Taber Inne) - I had fried clams which they are supposedly known for, and I can honestly say they were the best fried clams I have ever tasted! My boyfriend had a fried cod sandwich and it was delicious as well but smaller... More

This simple stand on the side of the road has the yummiest fried seafood! Great lobster rolls, fried clams, clams fritters, fish and chips. We go out of our way to have lunch here!

English toffee and peach ice cream cones were yummy! This is the perfect summer evening dessert but make sure you get there before they close at 9 p.m.

The Cod sandwich was very good for the price. It was cooked perfectly and the tartar sauce was a perfect mix.

Yes, their food is good. Fried seafood and yummy ice cream. But for $15.00 you'll get maybe a handful of Clam Strips and a handful of fries. It should cost MAYBE $8.00 tops, but it's Mystic, where everything is double the price because they know you'll pay for it.
