Was here recently for the first time. The food was delicious, but the customer service was rude. We were hanging out finishing our last beers, when were constantly yelled at to "drink them up" with 20 minutes still left til they closed. this went on for the next 10 minutes, until one of the staff was standing at our table... When we want we want the coziness of an Irish pub, with good music, abundant beer selections and a "stick to your ribs" meal - we go to McLadden's. We love the Lobster Macaroni and cheese, the Shepherd's Pie, the Lamb Stew and Bangers and Mash. It can be very busy at times - hard to hear each other talk,... More

simply a wonderful Irish pub. Have been here several times, and I'm always eager to go back. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the food, and the portions are excellent. There are plenty of things on tap to try, and the waitstaff and bartenders know their brews. It's our favorite place to go on any given day, or evening... for... More

Our company just moved to the West Hartford area and today we could not have been more pleasantly surprised with both the quality of food and service at McLaddens! Everything was excellent and we will definetly be back!

Three of us ended up at McLadden's unexpectedly this past Sat night during the blizzard. We were quickly greeted and told there would be a wait for a table, the place was packed - you would've never guessed there was a blizzard once you saw all the people inside. The hostess Erin offered us a warm welcome and some bar... More

My wife and I visited McLadden's for dinner. The venue is dominated by its bar, which was jammed, and is noisy. This is fine for the bar but was a bit much for dinner. The list of scotch is very extensive and upscale and there is also an impressive array of beer, many on tap. There is also a good... More

...as I love Irish Pubs! Maybe it's the casual atmousphere, maybe it's the beer. Authentic style pub makes you feel like having a couple of pints and relaxing with friends, talking politics or telling jokes. They have a great beer selection aned although I didn't eat this time, my previous visit proved they have the good comfort food every good... More

Lamb Stew, Bangers and Mash what more can you ask from an Irish styled pub. We are not drinkers so we can't attest to the bar selections but they seem abundant. The food is wholesoms and there are generous portions. We are locals and visit often. Some of the staff are from the Emerald Isle so the accents are real.... More

As a walk-in guest, it was only moments to seat a party of 4. The host was very accommodating finding a table but then felt helpless once we sat down. After waiting a half hour, no waiter approached the table. Finally catching a waiter walking by, they advised us that in order for a waiter to come by, a card... More

Best Bangers & Mash this side of the Atlantic. The beer selection will keep you busy for a long time. I've been to this location several times and can't say enough about the food and beer. Check out the site for more detail.
