We go to Mels aleast once when we are in Fort Myers. The food is good and not over priced. We have not had a bad meal or service. The fish finger are a good choice

Enjoyed the dining experience here. Tasty dinner and reasonable prices for wine. Loved the "Crème Brulet" Tasty. Breakfast was very good. Home style cooking. Great service. Highly Recommend.

Honestly, this meal was probably the best of our trip! I would not have expected it. Huge portions at great prices. Even the kids meals were impressive. It appeared to be a hangout for the "older" crowd- but there is something here for everyone.

We have been big fans of Mels for so many years. Always fresh, homemade food. We had a friend visiting , told her she has to try Mels, so fresh, good and home made. NOT THIS TIME! I ordered the country fried steak. No meat. Mostly breaking. The "homemade" chicken soup was not at all like what I have had... More

When we moved to this area, we were told, "You HAVE to try Mel's!" We were not disappointed. Over the past eight months since we moved here, we've probably been to Mel's as many times (7-8). We are never disappointed. There's almost never a wait, the service is always with a smile, the food portions are enormous and the food... More

This is a favorite standard restaurant. We enjoy the Tuesday night fried chicken and really love the fried pickles. The desserts are huge.

I had breakfast there and for $11.95 I got greasy overcooked potatoes, cornbeef hash with no corn beef in it, thought it was going to be home made tasted like can. Eggs ok, coffee was ok and toast was good. I am cured there for breakfast. Should have been $3.99 .
