This store front establishment has mainly food prepared for take away but there are few seats to eat there. Everything we tried there was excellent (3visits)--soup, salad, chicken salad, macaroons, entrees. They are open from about 11 to 6 weekdays and post the day's menu on the website each morning.

What I like about S&S is that the food is fresh and local. It's mainly a takeout that caters to downtown business people, but is a nice alternative to run of the mill kind of places. Sad to say that S&S has scaled back their vegetarian entree options. They still consistently have hot soups/beans and rice/salad for the veg-heads, but we can make that at home.

Great stop on the way from Miami/Fort Lauderdale to Orlando! Delicious! The food is made fresh daily. The quiche was incredible. The service was friendly and inviting. Perfect, really.

This is an adorable little restaurant. The owner really takes care of her customers and serves new dishes daily. This place has a progressive vibe and attracts a cool crowd. Located right near the train tracks, it has charm and great food!
