Menu is diverse and caters to those open to trying something new as well as offers the usual Asian suspects for those wanting to stick with something tried. Service and ambience was good. Food was extremely well prepared and worth a return visit. Just a little pricey...A wonderful addition to Gainesville's limited good-Asian restaurants.

We visited Garlic & Ginger as we were travelling up I-75, at the recommendation from a friend from Korea. All 3 meals we had were delicious. Each of us tried items we had never had before and really enjoyed them. The atmosphere is causal and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
