very very goooooood, staff was great ! never ignored sooo all around service one thing that was bad was the wait to get in there

Went here in April while on holiday and as ever it was great, been before loads and all ways good. Tried lots of the Menu and everything i have had as been good.

We had to wait for 30-40 minutes for a table here, which i think is worth it if that many people want to eat here. The service and food make this place well worth it to stop in for a nice sit down dinner for the family.

Taxi took us to this one when asking for the one from our first night but it wasn't. The salad and bread are nice at the start of the meal the atmosphere is a bit dull the place is too big for the staff to cope as they were too busy fannying around with little things than clearing tables it... Every time we are going to America , we always spend a dinner in this chain and this one is our favorite ; the ambience is very nice and smart and the dinner is just perfect ; bread, salads and pasta or special plate like "tour of italy " need to be tasted .

Told the wait would be 30-40 minutes as we didn't book but it was more like 15 minutes. The food is good for a chain restraunt not stunning. Salad is lovely, the starter which you choose tasters was a bit of a let down. Friendly efficient waitress big portions nice food so overall very good.

Good mid priced menu with lots of yummy options. Love the way you can choose from soup or salad which is included with your main entree. Peach Bellini is wonderful and the house red and white wine were both drinkable. Portion sizes are big so beware - we ordered starters once and it was a mistake as could hardly touch... More

Much, much better than the other restaurants we visited in the area. Good food, good flavour, great service. Overall a good value, and I would recommend going here.
