We really enjoy dining at David's. The bar service is wonderful-very friendly and accommodating. The food is terrific-they make the best fried green tomatoes I have ever eaten. Their hamburgers are deicious, juicy and filling. Reasonable prices for excellent food and beverages.

We went here for a 'dress up' dinner. Not necessary ... very casual place. Food was okay.. not great. Nothing to make it stand out. Ambience was dark.. but not dark romantic... dark /grungy. Wouldn't be my first choice to return to. Went there as we could walk from our hotel.

Expensive restaurant with poor service and bad food. Ordered the filet done medium and it was barely grilled on the outside, cold on the inside. Will not go back.

Everything I have eaten here has been above average. This is in my neighborhood, so is a common meeting place, watering hole. The management of the servers is nonexistent. Made a reservation for Valentines day and was very disappointed. The service was extremely slow. It took almost 10 minutes for the bartender to even notice we were sitting there.
