A new cocktail menu debuts with twisted cocktails such as the Coconut Martini Bacardi coco rum, coconut water, toasted coconut; Guava Pisco Sour pisco, guava juice, lime, egg whites; Heated Gazpacho chipotle vodka, cucumber-tomato juice, celery salt. Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, Carlos Torres brings experience from Lucy Latin Kitchen, Pipa NYC and De Rodriguez Cuba on Ocean as Executive Chef.
