Delicious, Innovative, Perfect! Each dishes was a work of art, creation, and execution. The best meal we had while in South Beach. Wonderful and Memorable experience.
Chef Giancarla is a master of traditional Italian cooking, but with a knack for adding small creative touches that make for a wonderful experience - this is our second trip and the food in magnificent, and the service is warm and professional.
My daughter invited me to join her on a getaway trip to South Beach. After reviewing places to eat, we chose Escopazzo for our last night. Our waiter, Davis, talked us into the five course tasting menu, from which we could actually choose whatever we wanted! Each course was better than the one before, the wine was excellent and the... My partner and I ate here while we were in Miami, the atmosphere was slightly tacky, the food was delicious - being a vegetarian I was pleased to find a number of vegan and vegetarian options, initially we thought our server was OK, making a number of suggestions for both wine & food, but that changed come the end of... We went to this restaurant through a recommendation from a guide. The interior of this place was like an Italian restaurant, like a cheezy italian restaurant. The food was ok but common 30 dollars for a plate of pasta! we ordered a bottle of wine, not the cheapest but also not the most expensive and that tasted like crap. One of the original south beach spots. The food has even gotten better with time. Well worth a new or a repeat visit. I can't wait to go back! Chef has added raw food vegan and vegetarian options that are beautiful and delicious. Extensive Italian centric wine list - well priced by south beach standards.
We went to Escopazzo restaurant 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 9.5). The SERVICE was GREAT! We ordered some vegan dishes which we found nice but too salty, too expensive and very small. We left more than 100$ (no wine, no starters and no desert) for 3 dishes. We had to stop for Pizza on the way back to... More

When someone finally came over and took our order (we did the 5 course tasting menu and wine pairing) we waited another half hour for our 1st course and also our first drink- with an 8pm reservation it was 9 by the time... We were put in back room which was quite but you could smell the air freshener of the bathroom. Our table of four had the 5 course tasting menu. My friend can't have mozzarella cheese and the chef was happy... More
