waitress was friendly, but OMG over 1-1/4 hours to get a party of four food. we were there on a Thursday evening...in May...not prime time. Food was very good, but waiting that long for food...no salad...just bread is inexcusable. everyone apologized...no discount on food/drink...words meant nothing!

After a hard day of shopping and dinner at a Japanese restaurant, decadent desserts were on our agenda. The wait staff were excellent. The favorite dessert was Apple Crostada with Caramel Sauce with ice cream closely followed with Chocolate Zuccotto Cake and Ice cream. Quality ingredients mean high quality desserts. These restaurants are always consistent in quality. I shall return.

Had to book early for a table, always a good sign, and we weren't disappointed. Food excellent! Best we'd had in Orlando and service was the usual high standard. Be warned, there's a 1lb of pasta in all there dishes so maybe think about sharing! 10/10.

We had a wonderful dinner at Maggiano's! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! They will make any dining accommodations you request.

We have those in Chicago, its always consistent large portions and decent prices, service could have been a little better.
