It is worth the wait. The spicy shrimp or oyster appetizer is AMAZING! Great steaks and great staff. Get reservations if you can. If not DO WAIT. It is worth it!!! Trust me.

Location is a total dive but don't mistake that for good food and fresh ingredients. Inside tables are scrunched together and waitress was ridiculously slow (not refilling water, totally distracted and she was only serving 3 tables). Went on a Sunday night in June so I know they are busy but they were out of crab meat. When they are...

Came on Sunday. Father's Day! Brunch menu. Had the grouper po boy and soft shelled po boy. Both delicious and freshly made for you. Sat outside. The fans make area tolerable with heat. Great food. Enjoyed it. Great service from Dean. This was our first time. Don't be fooled by appearance....worth the drive for us.
We enjoyed the atmosphere and views from the covered patio. Fried Shrimp, Fried Catfish, and Cajun Macaroni were excellent! Worth the visit but come for an early dinner to avoid a long wait to get a table.
I have no complain about this place: simply perfect. I went with my girlfriend, we pay $39 (including 3 beers) and we couldn't finish the food on the table. Must try the bbq Cajun Shrimps. And the waiter was super nice, explaining and suggesting to us the best in the restaurant. I will go again for sure!
We have stayed on Perdido Key for years but hadn't eaten here. After reading the reviews we made a reservation and decided to try it. We called to make the reservation and were told the fryers were down but they'd take the reservation and to call back and make sure they were open later. We called & they were open...

Yes, it's a shack. Yes, it's in the middle of nowhere under a small bridge. But don't let that stop you from eating at one of the best food joints I've ever experienced. The prices are a little bit more steep than a chain restaurant, but the quality of food is infinitely better. Highly recommended - one of three best...

Hidden gem but we had to wait a long time for our food. We don't think our waiter was into his job and the restaurant wasn't that crowded. The shrimp and corn chowder was good. The shrimp and grits were ok. The grits could have been more creamier. The oyster poor boy was very good. The fried cheesecake was good...

You may have to persevere to find this place, tucked under Perdido Key bridge, but it is well worth it. The outside looks like a shack and you wonder why the reviews are so great when it is run down and nothing much to look at! Our son is training at Pensacola so he was the one who brought us...

This is a hard to find local restaurant hiding under the Perdido Key Bridge. The building is a shack with a rustic parking area and warehouses surrounding the area. Do not be alarmed the food, service and atmosphere are all great.
Arrived at the time of our reservation and found our table waiting. We really wanted an outside table and...
