Food in general was good. Some places are noisy so sit in a quite place if you go with babies. The place is nice in general.
Visited this restaurant whilst shopping at Sawgrass Mills. The fifteen month old amongst us was fascinated by the animals but I feel that this is a somewhat dated format and needs refreshing. Food was adequate but not cheap. Service was mediocre.
We´ve been in the Sawgrass Mall and our girls liked the playground outside the rainforest cafe. After playing, we decided to walk in and have a look what this is about as "Rainforest Cafe´s" were new to us. Impressive atmosphere - like in a real rainforest. Unfortunately everything is artificial. Except the fishes in the aquariums. Service: excellent; food: good... More
The animated animals draw your attention. But the food was over priced and not so seasoned. I enjoyed watching the huge fish in the enormous aquariums. The special effects are always welcomed. I had a gift certificate for that location.
We were spending the day with our three preteen grandkids and after the movies we needed a kid friendly restaurant in Sawgrass Mall. I was a little leary about the Rainforest Cafe because of the blatent commercialism that surrounds it but decided to give it a chance. After a reasonable 15 minute wait (during which they hope you will browse... More
Rainy afternoon at the Mall. 10 minute wait for a table. The place is packed with families and kids under 10. The food was just ok.....nothing special, service was fantastic, and the "show" was really cool. All the kids loved the show. The place has a full bar, and lots of cool decor to look at. Lots of fun with... More
The Rainforest Café in Burlington, Mass is not worth the money. The cheese in the nachos tasted like Velveta. The burgers did not taste like actual meat, the chicken nuggets tasted like fish. The seats are too close together and for about a half hour our chairs were hit from the children playing video games at their table behind us.... More
Spent the whole day at Sawgrass Mills and found the restaurant good to look at our 4 year old cild playing at the playground and walking around the jungle wjile having lunch. Good variety for lunch. prices are ok and while not looking for high class dishes it was a good option for a quick and practical lunch option.
We are huge fans of Rainforest Cafe and have eaten at the ones in Orlando, Massachusetts, and others. We were excited to see this one nestled nicely into the Sawgrass Mills mega-mall. Everything was good until we sat down. The restaurant was half full on a Friday night but it took awhile for our waiter to acknowledge us. This was... More
I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was here. Neat atmosphere. We sat by the tigers, and intially our son was scared. But after an explanation he was very interested in all of the animals.
