If you have never had good Chinese food, then you may like this place. Otherwise keep looking. Everything was below average.
...or a relative. If there were no other Chinese restaurants in Tallahassee, I would return the next time I had a craving for Chinese, But of course there are many options in Tallahassee for Chinese and Asian, and I will try most or all of them before I return to Empire Chinese. The FOOD is AT BEST AVERAGE, maybe a... More

The food is always good. I love the employees. Great fresh and crisp food. Never got my order wrong.
This was my first time eating there and I was very pleased. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. If you like sweet tea, then I suggest trying theirs. Its home made and is the best sweet tea I've ever had! NO LIE!
We are regular customers and they treat us like friends. If you call ahead, you food awaits piping hot within 15-20 min. I love love love their tofu vegetable (I always ask for extra spicy and their extra chili sauce and then add my own sirachi). My husband is loves their sa cha chicken. We both think their white rice... More

The shrimp here are large as are the portions. For the average person a "large" order can feed two people. Even the fortune cookies were good--with a hint of... More
Average takeout at best. No better than a mall food court. The "hot" mustard is the bland stuff in plastic packets. Not terrible but not remarkable food.
