Not being a committed vegan I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and variety of offerings at the Darbster restaurant. It is mostly an open air restaurant with some inside and outside seating. Both the appetizers and main courses choices were extensive and very tasty. The price was reasonable too.

I have driven by Darbster on several occasions and was very interested in eating there. I went for Sunday brunch totally unaware that it was a vegan restaurant. I am far from vegan and was very apprehensive but in the end the food was delicious. It is a must try regardless if you are not a vegan.
