Fabulous. Quick. Good BBQ. You will smell it walking on the square. Yum! Nice staff. Big green egg. Would be nice if they would put umbrellas on the picnic tables outside.

Delicious food and really salt of the earth staff. Go on Friday, get the burnt end. It is literally meat crack.

We ordered the family picnic and our family enjoyed the food and sweet tea. So glad we asked for a local BBQ place at the gem mining place. MUST try the corn casserole...our children licked the bowls clean.

My title says it all. The barbecue is good with mustard sauce. The sides are not that great. Banana pudding is too sweet and heavy. Corn pudding wasn't very good either. Like the mustard sauce they serve on the barbecue. The atmosphere is plain but what you expect. Good place for take out.

Sure enough the best BBQ I've ever had! No kidding! Don't miss the taste of north Georgia. Nice friendly people. Ill be back for the food and the gold.

Better than Texas brisket I think. Let's face it - when they have a couple of Green Eggs going at all times - it's got to be good. Sweet tea fabulous as well.

Amazing brisket, ribs and pork! Love the comfortable, low key atmosphere ... Come in church clothes or jeans, it's all good. Great, friendly service. Don't forget to try the mustard sauce! So happy to find this place via past reviews on our day trip from Atlanta.

Smokin' Gold has the BEST brisket I've tasted! My absolute favorite. The brunswick stew is fantastic! Delicious sides and great service. Very friendly folks. Don't miss it!
