The candies are delicious although a little pricey. Great variety. The shop is very clean and staff are always friendly. We really love the chocolate covered strawberries and white chocolate pretzels. They even have chocolate covered BACON!

We made a special trip on a suggestion of friends...we were so glad we did...who knew you could $73 in 5 mins!!!

I love Paul Thomas chocolates. They're made fresh on property. One of my favorites is the dark chocolate covered ginger and the dark chocolate covered molasses. Both of these are great! Make yourself a nice sampler when visiting, but be careful, you might eat all of them before you get home!

In my opinion, the only place for chocolate in Dahlonega! The finest ingredients, friendly service (great samples) and HUGE selection and you can watch them making it! My favorite are the "Bog Frogs" or "Carmel clusters" or well, don't get me started!

Excellent chocolate. Loved the chocolate covered bacon; the chocolate with a kick (can't remember what they called it - it was hot and sweet). All itmes I've tried have been wonderful.

Go in and spend at least get one dipped strawberry. Their assortment of chocolates are worth a look.
