I had a friend with me and desided to eat here on a friday night and loved it.This place has a deli style atmosphere.I think the food is great.They have lots of healthy food like lasania,mac and cheese,chicken,cornbread and More!The dining room is OK,but the food is amazing! Crowded as #%$* if you go early on the weekend, but they have everything. All your fresh seafood, bakery, butcher, produce, hard to find spices, etc. needs. Hot food bar is pretty good as well as dessert counter.

Don't go here for atmosphere but the options are always interesting and generally good. Includes a variety of veggie options, including tofu most if not everyday. Interesting ethnic food and lots of vegetables.

Although the food had been sitting under the heat lamps for a little while, it was still good and the price was unbeatable (I think it was $4.99/lb). The ginger tofu was awesome.
