Went by the location and there was a sign that read "Grand Opening" because it was now a Mexican restaurant.
While helping our daughter get settled in her new home of Jerome, we lunched at the Smokin' Cowboy. The brisket was very good and the beer satisfying in a frosted mug. The sides were good too althiough it seems that there are limited quantities of some sides so you need toi get there early. I recommend the brisket!
