I ate several times before it was closed for remainder of year in summer because of fire. Quality food and fun unique atmosphere made this a well-loved local institution. It will reopen in spring 2013

BBQ wet or dry? Take it dry if you don't like spicy BBQ sauce. Then you can taste and sweeten the sauce. They are really limited on the BBQ sauce. The ribs are great but the sauce, even the mild, is spicy and not sweet.
Meat is dry and overcooked. For advertising itself as a BBQ restaurant, its BBQ is forgettable and generic.
This was one of our favorite places in Monticello. They had lots of antiques and collectibles on the walls. Sadly this place just burnt down! Hoping they rebuild or find a new location soon!

Interesting decor. Nice staff. Huge fresh salads. Best fish sandwich I have had in a long time. Scrumptious chocolate cake. Decent BBQ sauce but ribs were cold. Slaw sucked
The servers here always seem swamped. The BBQ is fine but not worth the wait, you will get a seat but the food takes a long time. I have been many times and this is always the case. Servers are always kind but I am always running late when I leave. Usually at least an hour at the table or...
