Enjoyed the pork tenderloin sandich and the fried greenbeans. However not a good thing to do to a perfectly healthy vegetable:)

Well worth the stop off I-35 exit 198, great food and a fantastic small town value! Tip: try the 2 meat combo which comes with 2 sides. We didn't have room for desert, - 4 rugby players.....you figure it out.

I went and ordered BBQ and sweet potato fries instead of eating food served by auction vendor. Glad I did. Will definitely be back. great food and friendly staff.

BBQ places are everywhere in Kansas City and the surrounding communities so finding good BBQ isn't hard but Smokey's is better than most. Good portion sizes, priced right, small town friendly service. I love their burnt ends and the wife gobbles up their ribs. Right off of I-35 and it is well worth the stop if you are driving by.

The food is great and most of the time the service is, too! The people are generous and the for the price you're paying, you are really getting a great value! Great taste (even if you are definitely not sparing the calories or grease) for a low price!
