We visited this restaurant to meet our family from Alexandria (we flew into N.O.) The service was very good and food was excellent. We tried the boudin (first time) and the appetizer platter was plentiful and delicious. So were all of our entrees -- from hamburgers to po boys and beyond.

A stop on a mini food tour & tried the swamp legs! OMG!! First time I ate alligator that was NOT tail! The mango-sauced duck legs were surprisingly light -- had a hard time believing it was not duck. Very good! Can't wait to go back & try a few more of their innovative menu items.

Anything on the menu or off the menu is awesome here!. My favorite place in town for that reason plus it's quaint, good bar, good people, good service and overall hit!
