We tried Pamplona Tapas because it was close to our hotel. We had mac and gouda, lamb sliders, pork belly flat bread, spinach, bread, boudin with quail eggs and several glasses of sangria. We were seated immediately and had great service. Our tab for 3 was $80 and that included 6 glasses of sangria. We enjoyed being able to try... More

Friday night we spent a delightful evening in Pamplona Tapas Bar & Grill in Lafayette, Louisiana. The food and service were exceptional! We were with a large group, but I am looking forward to returning with just my husband. Try any of the shrimp and paella. My husband's favorite item was the quail egg on blood sausage.

Although the cuisine is pleasing, our favorite part is the bar. Experienced mixologists are experts in the classics yet create something new for the more adventurous. Love the Viceroy and the featured Martini. Tapas are pricey, so have them at the bar with a cocktail. Skip the tapas menu and go for the entrees if you're having dinner. Patrons love... More

This is my second visit to Pamplona and I sit at the bar where James holds forth. Though showy, he's very knowlegable and likes to wine and dine you according to your food and wine tastes, rather than just waiting for you to ask for something. The shrimp ceviche was good enough but the roasted oysters were delightful. I'll be... More

We decided to go to Pamplona's on a Saturday Nite. We had appetisers and shared a pork dish for 4. The wine was great and they allowed us to sample a few before deciding which was rare and nice. The pork was excellent and a great value since we shared a dish. We all shared the dish and we were... More

The tapas are not bad either, their lunch menu changes every single day which makes it unique every single time, and you can never go wrong. Excelent for dinner parties, as well as just a quick bite before going out to party.

Great food but a bit too expensive for a party spot. The table next to us had a foul-mouthed bunch of girls out for a night. With a setting & prices like this I didn't expect to hear [--] repeated so often & loudly.

Great service with reliable recommendations for both wine and tapas from Mike (ask for him when you go). Four of us shared marinated olives, chorizo croquettes, arugula salad w manchego n almonds, beef carpaccio w greens, duck fat fries, ciabatta w garlic oil, bacon wrapped blue cheese stuffed dates. The dates were my favorite. Only disappointment were the crab fritters... More

The cocktails have all wonderfully put together flavors, The food is top top quality and always great! must try everything on the menu! the portions are small giving you room in your belly to try mulitple dishes. Great wine selection and tasting! The most exciting dinning experience. Great staff, very knowledgable!
