What a great little gem in mid-maine. I have had lunch and dinner here several times and every meal has been excellent. Pulled pork and chicken is just so yummy. Home made baked beans delish. Blackened chicken wrap awesome. Everything home made, smoker out back. This place is cheap and good, you just can't go wrong here.

I reviewed this a while ago saying the quality has gone back up. I went again and it was still great. Highly recommend.

The barbeque was quite good. I particularly liked the barbeque brisket and pulled pork. The sides were varied and tasty.

It's been about a year since we were here, but it was really good. We went to the Art Walk and then a nice supper.

Drove from our daughters college ( Bates) to have lunch at Beale Street. Well worth the trip. We were all happy with the food and service. It was almost full at 1:30 in the winter. Please call ahead if you can in the summer. Just loved it. Had a nice local beer too. First rate place. Loved it.

We love this place....bluesy, Memphis decor...casual and friendly. This is the best barbecue and sides you can find in New England. Always leave full and happy!
