Our dinners were great - take a chance on this place as it isn't impressive from the road. The interior decor is lovely, it was quiet though there were several larger parties dining at the same time, and our server was most accommodating. ;)

My wife and I have eaten at the Bangkok for years--and have always been more than satisfied. I have taken Asian students there for their "soul food"--and they loved the experience and food. Whenever we go to Acadia NP to hike, we always stop for the delicious food. I've been to Thailand twice and love this restaurant!
I ordered pad tai to go, get there and they had the wrong order and I had to wait on my lunch break only to have to listen to the lady who either owns the place or just works there using terrible profanity and hollering it loudly for everyone to hear. Then the Pad Tai was not good at all....

We love this place. The food is very high quality, and it is obvious that great care is taken in the preparation of the food. The staff is great as well. I highly recommend this establishment.

The food is OK, but we pitied the receptionist who is not only a receptionist, but also a server, cashier and she was running in a thousand directions. She did stopped by our table to chat for a few second, and we came to know that she is the daughter of the owner.
Went here following recommendations on TA. The food was excellent. We were greeted with tea, then treated to little bowls of ice cream & pineapple. The portions were generous and we even took a 'doggy bag' back to our hotel which was enjoyed the next day.
Found this restaurant through TripAdvisor while traveling through Maine. The reviews couldn't be more on point. The service was helpful and friendly and the food was authentic. I would advise you to stop if you are in the area.
