This was our first time to Five-O. We felt the service was somewhat scattered and the food was just average for its price range. I was served a watery Lobster Bisque that wasn't very good. The server did notice this and offered me something else. The entrees were good, but not great. I had the rack of Lamb and part... More

Great restaurant - with the first genuine trofie (pasta with pesto sauce) we've seen in some time. Terrific service and a great menu.

Three friends and I were in Ogunquit for a long weekend. Reservations were honored as soon as we arrived even though the restaurant was full and there were others waiting. Our waitress was wonderful, answered every question, was knowledgeable about the preparation of the food and was very personable. For some reason we all ordered from the pasta side of... More

There is something for everyone here. It's pricey, but worth it. The portion sizes are just enough, not skimpy, not "put half in a doggie bag." Even the pasta dishes had a bit of a twist to them, without appealing only to gourmands.

We dined in the bar where we each ordered an appetizer and shared a lobster BLT. The bar is charming and quaint. The escargot was delicious in a yummy garlicky sauce with arugula. We asked for bread to dip into the sauce, it was that good PLUS my 4 teeny tiny oyster nuggets of an appetizer were just not enough... More

We went here because it was rated #1. Maybe we expected too much. The food was just average. The service was a little snobby. The best part was the blueberry martini!

Everything about Five-O Shore Road was high quality. The service was friendly, attentive and informed. Our waitress gave us her honest opinions abut the various appetizers ad entrees. My wife pronounced the linguine with clam sauce, a personal favorite that she has tried at hundreds of places, to be the best she has ever had. Period. I opted for the... More

It may have been an off night for we were not impressed with Five-O. Decided to try a variety of small dishes. Enjoyed the small plates; artichoke arancini, warm olives with roasted garlic and thyme and chicken liver pate. The Truffled Lobster en Croute, a highly touted and pricey appetizer, was remarkable by the paucity of lobster (in lobster rich... More

We are mortified that we did not meet your expectations and assure you that we are as disappointed (if not more so) that you were unhappy as you are. Upon learning of your displeasure with your food (as you were leaving the restaurant), our dining room manager spent time with you and your dining partner on the porch of our... More

My husband and I went on a last minute weekend trip to Ogunquit, We had never been to this restaurant so we decided to try it out. I made a reservation on open table for 7:00, we actually got there around 6:15 so we decided to sit at the bar for a pre-dinner drink, we ended up having such a... More

Best Burger,Best Drinks, Best Service. Thanks Gary as Always. My Friends Julie and Duncan are now owners of a home in Maine and we took them there and they loved the Wine and Gary's Pineapple Martini's.
