I met friends at their favorite local restaurant. They have been volunteering at Acadia National Park all season. I had fried clams and they were delicious, as well as the French fries. The waitress was friendly and competent. My friends told me that they are...more reasonably priced and excellent compared to the other restaurants they tried in the area.More

This busy location is on Highway 3 in Trenton. It is just across the bridge if going there from Bar Harbor. The prices are competitive with similar types of restaurants. They also have some great special offerings that can vary from day to day. We...had lobster rolls that were awesome. They were packed with lobster meat and served hot. (You can also order them cold.) We also shared a large order of onion rings that were to die for. Do not leave here without trying them. We ate here twice and sampled different desserts. The blueberry pie was our favorite followed by the coconut pie and the lemon pie a distant third. We are looking forward to coming back on our next visit to the area.More

$15.00 for a piece of haddock on a 5 inch bun, with a tablespoon of tartar sauce on the side. Also, a small portion of potato salad. The potatoes were raw soaked in mayonaise. No sides whatsoever unless you were willing to shell out extra....You can do better.More

Absolutely fantastic restaurant in the Bar Harbor area. Excellent lobster rolls. My preference is the "cold one". The clam chowder is the best that I've eaten. Really, really good. And the top it off, the wait staff and management were great to us.

Wow! A hidden gem for sure. The clam chowder was really excellent and the lobster was the best I ever had- and I’m a regular lobster eater who lives in Maine half the year. Trust me. Stop in on the way to Bar Harbor

The food here is just delicious. I don’t know how they cook the lobster but it’s the best we have had on our trips to this area. The meat just tastes better. They also crack the shell so it’s easier. The fried scallops were tender...and plump. The onion rings are out of this world-thin slices of onion fried to perfection. The steamed clams were large and fresh. A nice casual atmosphere. Very clean. Very attentive servers. Very reasonable prices. A nice ramp to enter if you are in a wheelchair or have trouble with steps.More

My wife and I stopped in for dinner. We were greeted promptly and seating was quick. Started with the lobster mac & cheese. Super cheesy and buttery, delicious. We both had sauteed lobster roll, also delicious. The whoopie pie alamode to finish off, as good...as any in Pa. We come back every time we're in Maine. Great people, great food and prices as fair as you'll find in the area!!More

The lobster bisque is delicious and has large chunks of lobsters throughout, it’s a way better value than the similar priced lobster roll which wasn’t packed of meat and overpriced. Haddock was also good but didn’t have any sides with it. Like come on, just...throw a 5 cent bag of chips with it… it was also served on tiny styrofoam plates, just odd.More

Joanie, our server, made our visit 5 star! She was so sweet and helpful. The Fresh Lobster Dinner was delicious and we either had corn on the cob, potato salad, or coke slaw served with it for $19.99! We had the blueberry pie and ice...cream for dessert and the pie was outstanding. We also ordered beer and wine and a canned cocktail. All very good. Would highly recommend this nice, clean restaurant.More
