We have been coming to Wells for years. But May 14 was the first time we went to Joshua's. The food, atmosphere and service was great. Reasonably priced for the quality of the food and service. We be sure to return next time we are in Wells.

While in Ogunquit, we asked for recommendations for a nice meal. We were told that Joshua's was the place to go. It definitely was. I had a filet that was prepared to perfection with the best bread in the world made by Joshua. It was pleasant - not overcrowded but cozy feeling. The waitress Andrea was outstanding. Stopped to chat...

My husband and I have eaten in 5 diamond restaurants and have not had meals as good as the ones we had at Joshua's. The food is outstanding. The restaurant is quaint and the service is excellent. Whenever we are in the area Joshua's is a must and we've never been disappointed. The food is fresh, prepared to perfection, and...

A cozy old Colonial has been transformed into a romantic setting the delicious fresh food. Friendly staff, including the Chef's parents, welcomed my husband and me. Very good wine list. The pasta special was fragrant and very good. The Cesare Salads just right. We had a gift certificate that we lost, and we were using the 2nd one that we...

Just an average place...little food for the price but good at best. Not sure about how true are these reviews for Joshua's. There are better places in Wells to try!!
Joshua's is one of our favorite restaurants in Maine. My husband and I just went there for our anniversary dinner. We sat in the innermost dinning room which was very cozy and romantic. We both had the Cesare salad, crab cakes and the haddock with the caramelized onions. Everything was very fresh and delicious. I loved the crab cakes. They...

Whenever we make our reservations to visit Ogunquit, we immediately make one for Joshua's. we have been coming for years and will continue to come for many more. The flavor is amazing on everything from the shrimp appetizer to the file, duck and lamb. I could not be happier with a restaurant. It is a must do.

which only the freshest ingredients will do whether it's from farm to table (their own farm by the
way) or the freshest ocean delicacies, haddock (a staple on their menu) or a specialty which is
fresh line-caught salmon or swordfish. On a...

We stopped by Joshua's on a Friday evening. The place was still packed at 7:45 p.m. We were fortunate to find a table in the bar area. Very comfortable and inviting throughout. A touch of New England in the decor. Placed is run in a partnership of son (chef Joshua), mother (front of house) and father (farmer supplying food). We...

Great food, service and atmosphere. Love the daily homemade bread that arrives. Drinks are well made, portions very good. I thought you would need to dress up, business casual is fine and in high season you see people in shorts. Family run and local produce from family farm. Never had a bad meal and looking forward to our next meal...
