We go camping in the freeport area and go to Days for their lobster. We get the precooked 1 1/8 lb lobsters to go ($6/lobster as of August) and take them back to the campsite. We split them in half, throw them on the grill for a few minutes and they taste great. We stopped over on the way home... More

There are better places along the coast to get better food and better service. We knew it was going to be rustic but we expected better service and a better deal.

If you are heading up 295 to go to Freeport be sure to stop in at Days. The clam shack has a wonderful variety of clams, lobster, and crab in sandwich or dinner (lunch) offerings. It is a walkup with seating outside at picnic tables that overlook the tidal marsh. Food is delicious and good for a quick bite as... More

Small lobster and crabmeat roll. No taste to either rolls. Well placed picnic tables with nice view of marches. Does not make up for the poor guality of food. Pass by this place!

Roadside stand with incredibly fresh food! Delicious and fun place to eat. I had the lobster roll, crab cake and clam chowder, each one was perfectly seasoned. Friendly staff, too.
