First return of the season. Just go! Do not look at the menu..this chef knows exactly what he is doing. No reservations. Simply a treat! Something for everyone. I can be a fussy eater this is a terrific experience !

Local recommendation. Excellent plating. The way in which the flavors were composed was inventive and delicious. The spin on traditional fare (matzo balls--wow!) was well received and left us curious about the other menu offerings. We would recommend this to anyone visiting the area and open to innovative food. We discovered Nudel last year and basically came back every other week during the spring, summer & fall. We love sitting at the counter watch the chef work his art. We have loved everything we have gotten. So creative!
