A food counter that is more than a "deli" featuring freshly made items and bakery goods. Lots of packaged and bottled high- end items too... Who needs a restaurant? If its dreary outside they have tables, so I guess that answers the question.

If you're into a different and better made sandwich or plate of prepared food to eat there or take home, Farlands is the best you can get. They also offer a mini grocery store with wine and beer for sale and pastries, always fresh and homemade.

Far Land Provisions made the cake for our recent wedding, chocolate cake with hazelnut icing, maybe the best cake we have ever tasted! We also enjoyed lunch and breakfast there at times during our stay in Provincetown. Highly recommend the scones! Nice atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff.

We got excellent coffee and sandwiches for our (ill-planned) hiking excursion to Race Point beach. Since we were sore after the long, long hike, we came back and bought a bottle of wine to relax. Good wine selection. Staff is super nice!

This place is a town institution! Farlands is open year round and this is where townies meet for breakfast and lunch. It has a unique quaint general store style atmosphere and an authentic feel. We went to Far Land on the recommendation of a friend -- great place to find! We had lunch there one day (delicious and ample sandwiches) and we bought dinner to go (pre-packaged salads, gourmet cheese, crackers) -- everything delicious and very reasonably priced.

The freshly cooked food here is so good, and reasonable too. Love the range of produce and wine - particularly as some is locally produced on the Cape.

We bought sandwiches to take bicycling with us. Well located place close to town. Highly recommended for lunch!
