The food is good, the place is crazy busy, service was fast, some very unusual menu items and the Chocolate Chip cookies on the way out are so good.

Yes it is a chain but this is my go to place if I am in the mood for a burger. I love the the burger fixin bar that they have and the buttered buns are great. And their fries plus the cheese sauce? I will return.

The food is not bad, a little high priced for what you get, but the service is not good and does not make for a great dining experience.

I've been here 3 times in the last 6 months. EACH TIME my order was "misplaced" in the food prep line. My group gets their orders quickly, but mine, for some inexplicable reason, gets lost in the shuffle. I'm not alone. Others in my group have had the same issue. Word of advice: they're disorganized and scatterbrained...go somewhere else.

It's a good burger joint. Top it yourself with condiments. Is it 5 star? No. It's a burger joint. Nice family sit down, kid friendly kind of place.
