City Vu feels like it should be downtown Chicago. It's very chic, has a great cocktail and dinner menu, and is a great place to meet for drinks. Their gourmet flatbread pizzas are great for sharing.

The food looked very good, but really had no taste. The table service was slow - at one point I had to go to the bar and find the waiter. He was good when he was around. Loved the view, stayed at the hotel and was very nice. Probably would not go to restaurant again.

The food was average, nothing to brag about. But the service was so slow it made the evening less than it could have been. After we were served we never saw another staff again! We had to hunt down the waitress for the bill! If the food had been fantastic - that would have made it worth while.

Neat hotel; great atmosphere and excellent service. Food did not live up to expectations or even appearance but it's a neat view. I would eat here again but no one in my group was dying to come back. "Cool" vibe here.
