Just a fine restaurant with great food and a very special wine list. It's a good addition to the mall.

Just a fine restaurant with great food and a very special wine list. It's a good addition to the mall.
Rustica was mentioned to us by several people during our recent visit to Kalamazoo. My expectations were low, but the end result was an epicurean treat in downtown.
Rustica feels more like a place you would find in NYC or Chicago. It is on the main street downtown. While there is little to no parking available right next to the...

I've had many really good meals here.only a couple I thought were just good.the wine list is very well thought out, with many exciting wines by the glass. I love the nice, clean uncluttered look of Rustica! It reminds me of being in a small bistro in Chicago. I've had good service here as well.
It's the best fine dining in Kalamazoo,easily...

totally accommodated to my wife's gluten allergy - above and beyond. EXCELLENT braised lamb shank, wonderfull cheese tray. I will be back!

The food is incredible. Darling storefront setting in downtown Kalamazoo which has so many other nice shops to visit. Great ambiance like an urban restaurant.
Wonderful ambiance, great service. The steak was amazing and so was the Halibut was delicious. Higher prices and not a bunch of food, but totally worth it!

It has a small, cozy, bustling atmosphere like the cafes...

The fare ranged from relatively heavy winter dishes (braised lamb shanks) to very light delicate dishes including a pheasant special which was great.
