We were walking by the outdoor restaurant and no one was there. We had our puppy and one bicycle. We were tired from walking and were going to get a snack to take away. Some grumpy man chased us away and wasn't even kind...he acted like were were not welcome there.

We read reviews that this restaurant had mediocre food and poor service but we had a great experience. The outdoor dining was attractive and relaxing. It was nice to find a quiet place to have lunch away from the busy main street! Our food was good. Great salads and fries. Service was good.

We have been coming here for years (even when it was the French Outpost). We love sitting outside on the patio. Great service from the server and the manager.
