We like this restaurant but it is getting pricey. You can get a similar breakfast at Rounds for less money.
Great food and atmosphere! Amy, the supervisor, is amazing! Especially bc shes 25 and fiesty :) This is a great mom and pop feeling breakfast place. Right in downtown Traverse City we can Head right to shopping.
The omelets are outstanding. Ate breakfast there both mornings. The oatmeal with apples, nuts, cranberries etc was so delicious. Coffee was never empty. Would recommend a visit to this eatery
Weekend get away for my wife's birthday. We woke up in a great mood tired but hungry after a long day of travel the day earlier. Both of us wanting a good breakfast, we figured there was no way we could go wrong with a name like "The Omelette Shop", right? Wrong! First, let me tell you that the wait... More
A really wonderful place for breakfast in Traverse City. Top 3 in the city. It is a bit difficult to get a table during the summer and fall, but truly worth it. My favorite is the East German, but really, you cannot go wrong !

I have had many different dishes here and have never been disappointed. I always save room for their cherry walnut bread toasted with icing. It is the best ever. You can also... More
We had the Santorini Greek omelet and the Breakfast Burrito. The Santorini wa filled with roasted red peppers, spinach and feta and cream cheese, a delicious combination. Everyone makes breakfast burritos but this one stook out for the freshness of the contents and the flavor. Home made wheat bread with home made jam topped off the meal. Coffee was very... More

There seemed to be lots of wait staff, but not really checking on guests. We had to ask for coffee and tea refills -- why wouldn't they have someone making the rounds to refill? Food was so-so, just average. It seemed to take a while to get our breakfast; a table nearby had to complain that a server didn't even... More
