Always a solid performer, especially great when you can sit outdoors! Breakfast after church is one of our favorites! The homemade complimentary cinnamon roll while you wait for your entree breakfast is sinful:)

This fantastic hide-away is a beautiful drive around Gull Lake and worth the drive. The food is amazing. First time visitor. Really convenient location. Food was delicious lots of choices on menu. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back.

The food here is really really good. They have a probably the best variety in the Brainerd Lakes Area!! My husband's favorite is the Walleye Sandwich (huge) and mine is the Greek sandwich and salad. The lobster tacos are good if you like green sauce.

Jake's is not on the water so I think it gets a little forgotten but that is an incredible mistake. Do not miss this place! The servers have always been friendly and the food is consistantly great. They have a gluten-free menu too!

I really like the menu at Jakes but each time I eat there I am disappointed. Something comes out burnt or cold or otherwise not acceptable and the waitstaff seems immune to dissatisfied guests.

We had lunch with friends and later in the week had breakfast. Both were excelent. The complimentay Cinnamon rolls at breakfast are wonderful! Service was very good.

I liked this place when it first opened, but the quality went down pretty fast. It'll satisfy your hunger, but don't expect anything spectacular.

This was our third time in as many years and have always enjoyed what used to be the old Kellys bar and grill. My wife had the hamburger and enjoyed it slot while my enchilada's were ok. Would not recommend as one of the better choices. Clean, friendly service but could use more booths for a more intimate experience
