If you want a steak in Columbia, this is your best choice. It's priced reasonably - for a steak place, that is - and it has a very relaxed atmosphere. But don't mistake this for a 5-star, fancy restaurant. It's a chain place, but really done well. Considered taking away points since they don't offer lunch.

These people know how to cook steaks and chops. They always come out perfect. My wife likes the pulled pork, too. Freshly baked rolls with cinnamon butter - yum ! Some may not agree with me, but the Texas Roadhouse in Columbia is over-acheiving. I could not complain except for the wait. We were seated when we walked in at the bar but wanted to sit at a booth. The moment we walked in we were greeted in a friendly manor. Our steaks were perfectly prepared and I appreciate the sweet potato being a side choice. Service was exceptional.

The steak is not bad, although the medium is more like the medium rare. Otherwise, the steak is value for money. Besides, I am not interested in the toppings and sauce here.
