Cannot beat a trip to Shakespeare's. Although many of the folks working there are students, I have always had good service and have been there several times while visiting Columbia. Good value, good pizza, and fun atmosphere. Great place to have fun with friends. Pizza we had was thin crust deluxe type of pizza and salads. We left none and our friends devoured theirs' as well.

Found this place when our son attended University of Missouri. It is the best pizza by far in Missouri! We always stop in when in the area. Wish I lived closer I would be there every week.

We don't go to Shakespeare's for the pizza, we only go for the atmosphere and to take out-of-town guests to visit a fun college town hang-out. The pizza is just average. I've been a few times and I really don't get the hype behind this place. Maybe it's just me but the pizza is too tough that it hurts my jaws after 1-2 peices. The atmosphere is cozy. Interesting little signs and such at which to look. Pizza is okay. Could be the brick oven crust is just not to my liking. Would eat here again if invited, but would not be my first choice in town.

Another one of our 'must eat at' places in Columbia when we visit. I have eaten a lot of pizza and this is one of the best. Great crust and topping, lots of cheese -- love it!

One of my all-time favorite pizza joints in Columbia... a true Columbia, MO staple. Best salads, pizza, they have gluten free, and vegetarian options. Fantastic place!

Finally got to try Shakespeare's and it was worth the wait! The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Not too much sauce and nice gooey cheese. Crowded at any time but we got in without a huge wait....at 4pm on a Saturday. Can't wait to try the frozen version that's available in the local grocery... More
