Tables had food stuck on them. Floor sticky with something not clean up for a very long time. I would not let my children eat in this gross place. Note: Employees should wear clean clothes.

Been to Spain & Mexico...and these folks are doing a great job with what they got!! Outstanding popping flavors, choices everywhere, service impressed & sometimes that can be a fluke but it continued trip after trip. It's the best value in the city and quick! Don't miss out.
I love tacos and this place has great tacos! Tortillas made before your very eyes and two types of beef and chicken as well as pork barbacoa! Taco Tuesdays for Great deal on tacos! Try the grilled chicken or steak (my all time favorite) and be sure to get the side of guacamole to top them. They also supply an...

Dec.23, 2012 - from Alberta Canada - first time ever to a Cafe Rio. Had checked out a few other restaurants on tripadvisor.ca but decided on trying Cafe Rio. Not disappointed in the least - had veg. tostada, I with black beans and the wife with pinto. Good sized meal - Um! Awesome beverage bar. When manager/supervisor heard that it...

Portions were large and the taste was great. We both ate all we can hold and took some home, all for under $20.00! While this is...

Just because you see tortillas being made in front of you doesn't mean you're getting all fresh ingredients... The flavors are just okay. My nephew is a food broker who works with various food service companies (Sysco, etc.) and so...

A very upbeat atmosphere with pleasant staff. The food is great and you get a lot for the money. The tortillas are made before your eyes. Try the keylime pie too!! Everything made on-site and the only thing from a can are the jalapenos.
The sweet pork salad is to die for. It is amazing!!! They make their own tortillas...yum!!! Their drink bar with all sorts of sodas, limeades, lemonade and iced teas is a huge hit with us.
I found Cafe Rio to be alright but it seems to be another American version of Mexican. The food didn't have much flavor and the price seemed a little steep for what it was.
