First I's like to say that Eino's is now called Hi Country Bar & Grill, they changed ownership some time ago. The new owner, Amy, is such a wonderful person. She has updated the entire bar, restaurant, and the cabins. We were there recently and were treated great. We had our kids and granddaughter with us and everyone had a... More

We really like the concept; chose a great steak and grill it just the way you like it, fill your plate with the salad and cheesy mashed potatoes, and enjoy a very family style meal. We've been here during SnoWest when it was packed to the rafters. Christmas was much less crowded but still the same flavor. The steak was... More

We had dinner here September 30, 2012. The appeal of Eino's is gone now that the ownership has changed. No more dollar bills hanging from the walls and ceiling and no more friendly chat with Jean, the previous owner. I ordered a burger while others in our party ordered chicken and steaks. YOU are the cook, so the various choices... More

This restaurant is no longer called EINO'S and really isn't a restaurant!! The first thing out of the waitresses mouth SHOULD be, "YOU HAVE TO COOK YOUR OWN FOOD". But it's not. Now, I'll admit that I didn't see the little blurb on the menu that said "You're the chef". But if I had, I certainly would not have ASSUMED... More

We are very sorry that you did not have an enjoyable experience when you came to visit. We have talked to our staff and made sure that they ask every customer that comes in whether or not they have been here before and to explain how it all works. Although we wish to serve every customer to the best of... More

Eino's was the best authentic, and most unusual dining experience we found in/near West. The best steak ever for the value! We don't often find grass fed beef in San Diego, this was by far the best meals (yes meals, as in several visits over two weeks) we found in the Yellowstone area. Certainly the most memorable dining experience we... More

Eino's is now called High Country since it was recently sold. It is not actually in West Yellowstone but only a short drive. I have heard many good things about the place over the years, mostly from the snowmobile crowd and visiting fishermen and hunters but have never been until now. It suits that crowd fine since it is just... More

We have been going to Eino's for years as a tradition. What a way to end a week long fishing trip! Fix your own steak, or in my case, teriyaki chicken, any way you like. You are the grill-master. They have all the seasonings. Add bread, a salad bar and the worlds best potatoes, and you have an incredible meal... More
