Brio is in a shopping center but the food service and atmosphere makes it always a dependable spot to grab lunch. Sit at the bar and watch bartenders who know what they're doing.
Located on the middle of the Las Vegas Town Square mall off the south end of the strip. Has both indoor & outdoor dining. Our waiter, Dustin, was very friendly & had a full knowledge of the menu. The food was excellent and priced fairly. Very large portions, so you might want to split a lunch order
I visited Brio with a group of 14, on a very busy Thursday night. We were seated within 5 minutes and immediately had 2 servers tending to us. Everything from wine to appetizers to entrees was complete led very timely. The reccomend calamari and beef carpaccio were amazingly delicious! It is quite pricey and watch your ticket they added 18%... More
Ideally situated in the middle of Town Center shopping mall. I usually have low expectations for such places, but this was a very pleasant surprise all the way around. Indoor & outdoor dining. Inside is tastefully & dramatically decorated. Outside is fun & popular; summers can be a little toasty for daytime dining. Nights are pretty nice even in the... More
The Tomato & Mozzarella Caprese (Classic preparation with sliced Heirloom tomatoes, fresh Mozzrella and basil with field greens and balsamic glaze 8.75) was more than I expected; the presentation was pleasing, and just the right amount to enjoy before a meal. I had stopped to meet a friend after work; and ended up on the patio. This bar was filled... More
Had heard raves about this place but thought everything was exceedingly average, including service. The only thing worth writing about was the carpaccio, which was excellent, but even this draws complaint as it was big enough for at least 4 people to share but dopey server failed to mention it.
Our first time at Brio and it was a homerun. Stopped in for lunch, before our flight home. My husband had the crab cakes and I had the lobster bisque and a salad. I asked for a "small" salad and it was huge, so beware if your order a regular salad, it will be more than enough to share. Both... More
We have never had a bad meal at any Brio restaurant, and this was no exception. We had lunch on a very hot day on a recent visit to Vegas. The restaurant is very big and the decor is very attractive. The service was excellent and servers and managers were constantly asking us if we were satisfied. Brio now have... More
We were a group of 6 in Vegas for two weeks. After going to the south fashion outlet via bus we noticed the town centre on the way back to the strip and decided to get off the bus and investigate. Soooooooo pleased we did. Two of us got split up from the rest of the group as the others... More
Had a nice lunch outside on the patio. Friendly staff and generally good food. Tuscan bean soup was more black bean than Tuscan, but still tasty. A good dining experience for a relaxing dae or event.
