Think the title says all you need to know here! The cocktails were tasty (and alcoholic!). Lots of nice wasabi peas and nuts were served with the drinks. The waitresses were really friendly and welcoming. We asked for a table by the window and that was no problem. Would recommend for a pre-meal drink.

The service, the view, the drink selection, pots of specialty tea, the location....need I say more? The place has never been crowded. It's a little tricky to get there, but oh how elegant and relaxing. Been alone, been with a non-drinker, and a drinker. How fun and versatile. Beam me over Scotty.

Sitting on the 23rd floor, in the middle of Vegas...A picture window & a view of everything. What could be better? The appetizer menu while sparse is good. You will enjoy the view!

It's on the 23rd floor ( I think) of the Mandarin Oriental, which means it's got an amazing view. We just came back from Las Vegas. We made dinner reservations for my husband's birthday at this Trip Advisor Top Rated Restaurant. Lovely view. Really nice place for a drink, great view and chilled atmosphere. however the food was nothing special so I wouldn't bother eating here.
