I did the rib eye one night but the prime rib is really the only way to fly. The service was outstanding. I think our table had about 4 different servers.

This steak house could rival any gormet steak house anywhere...........service is excellent and the steaks are great.....pricey but worth the money !!
We've tried several other steakhouses in Reno, including Bimini at Peppermill. This is absolutely the best in town. Steaks and fish are always prepared perfectly. Of late, wife and I have taken to ordering the Chateaubriand. Always perfect. The staff is very attentive. A quiet refined setting.
The food is great and nice portions, when you have two for one, two can eat for twenty five bucks. great for date night, or family outing. try it you will love it, go back often.
We left and did not eat. Your head waitress was very Rude. You would have made hundreds of dollars off our table.
Dumpy casino, but the Steakhouse is fabulous. Peppercorn spin-off. Great steaks and chops, extensive wine list, and unbelievable value. Best in Reno.

Twenty minutes later the new server asked if we could reorder because he could not find our ticket. After dinner we wanted dessert. He never returned! We had to ask the manager to find our check. Never again!
The Steak House within the Western Village Casino is serviced by a common kitchen to their other restaurants, Cafe Bellini, Pancho Willie's Cantina, and the 2nd Street Deli, thus the dining experience similarly feels like it is good food from a common kitchen dressed up to the environment you are placed at. The Steak House is nicely done for the...
